Severability: Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.

Section 3 of Ordinance 115183 reads as follows: Severability. The provisions of this ordinance [Sections 22.904.400 through 22.904.470] are declared to be separate and severable. The invalidity of any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or portion of this ordinance, or the invalidity of the application thereof to any person, owner or circumstance shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ordinance, or the validity of its application to other persons, owners or circumstances.
