22.600.010. Title.

Editor's Note -- Permits, notices and orders issued under the previous Chapter 22.600 shall remain valid until expiration, completion and supersession by action under this ordinance. The Fire Chief is authorized to apply technical provisions of the repealed ordinances and Code sections to inspections and Fire Code compliance, as an alternative equivalent to the technical provisions of this ordinance, until December 31, 1998. This repeal of the previous Chapter 22.600 shall not affect any pending prosecutions or enforcement actions.

Severability: The several provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be separate and severable and the invalidity of any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or portion of this ordinance or the invalidity of the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ordinance or the validity of its application to other persons or circumstances.
